Living on coffee and 5 hour energy shots!

Jesse and I have been so tired today and just about ready to drop from exhaustion! Last night, just as I was going to bed, Jaden woke up crying really loudly! I rushed to his room and asked him what was wrong but he was crying so hard he couldn't answer me! This was at about 11pm. So I carried him to the living room and cuddled with him on the couch thinking maybe he had a nightmare or something. I rocked him for a little while and once he calmed down a little I asked him again what was wrong. He said his ear hurt really bad! I gave him some Tylenol and then warmed some Sweet Oil, dropped some in his ear, and plugged it with a cotton ball. I figured that would make him feel better and we could all go to bed for the night. But no, he continued to cry loudly and pull on his ear! He got really angry that it was hurting so badly and he wouldn't let me hug on him or anything. So we laid on the couch with him crying uncontrollably for the next 4 hours! I gave another dose of Tylenol and then at about 3:30am he went back to sleep. We didn't even move him! Jesse slept on the couch in the living room with him while I went to bed. It was a pretty rough night! Surprisingly though, Jaden said his ear didn't hurt at all today and he's been just fine! We've all been really tired today though! Time for me to go to bed and get some much needed sleep!

Christmas Break!

Well, Christmas is in 3 days! Only 3 days! I can't believe it's here! I know Jaden is super excited, but I think I'm just as excited! LOL We are going out of town for the holiday weekend so there won't be any blogging until at least Monday. I sincerely hope you all have a wonderful Christmas with your families! I'm going to leave you all with some Christmas laughs!
